I especially enjoy doing character art that showcases the subject's personality and/or relationships with each other, and creating designs based off specific themes. I've previously illustrated for zines, music albums, and music videos.

Music video animation and editing

I like creating videos with cohesive themes and visuals, sharp timing, and that have an overarching narrative throughout the song. I also enjoy animating MVs that pay homage to the original, or try to replicate it as closely as possible with a slightly different flavor.Most of my work has been done with Maubox, the vocal synth group I am a member of, and some of it has been featured during the Maubox Digital Stars setlist for the MIKU EXPO 2023 VR concert.

Lyrics writing and adaptation

Music has been one of my passions since I was very young and I've been coming up with my own lyrics since I was a kid. Since I am also a professional translator, I love creating adaptations of songs into a different language that preserve the original's vibe closely. I can write/adapt both from/into ENG-SPA, and from JP as well.In the past I've had the honor of adapting BIGHEAD's "Sharing the World" into Spanish, which has played during all of the MIKU EXPO tour Mexico shows, as well as writing bilingual lyrics for "My Star", featured on WEBTOON ORIGINALS' Señorita Cometa.

Merch design

As a merch collector, I love coming up with ideas for products I myself would like to own. Typically I will first think of what can be achieved with a specific medium and materials (badges, acrylic charms, pouches, etc.) and then come up with a clever design that works well with it.

Who is Lluvia?

Thank you for reading this far! I'm a nonbinary multimedia artist from Mexico. Since very young I've always loved everything to do with visual arts and music, and I grew up drawing, writing, and coming up with lyrics and stories in my head. Discovering Hatsune Miku and the cultural movement behind her changed my life for the better and motivated me to work towards making all of those ideas a reality.Now, after a decade+ in the fandom I've been able to make many of those dreams come true. From illustrating and animating videos for original songs and starting a music circle, to collaborating with many incredibly talented artists in larger projects that have been enjoyed by thousands, all the way to being able to provide Spanish translations and adaptations for the MIKU EXPO tour.Nothing makes me happier than collaborating with like-minded people on concepts, ideas, and dreams, to flesh out and build upon them so they can become something even more amazing than before.
